Soooo just before Christmas we moved into this house. SO GLAD! It took us three trips on three seperate days. Day one: Scott took all the boxes we had loaded up. Day two: fabulous brother kyle and brother in laws stephen and josh and awesome husband and awesome dad helped move all the furniture over. Day three: Scott and I with a little help from marky moved all the junk....that we didnt really need but still did need at the same time...hate that stuff! It was rather frustrating for me as I would get everything put away and then the next day have a mess all over again that I would have to put away by the third day I was so sick of all of it because we didnt have any space for the rest of it. This house doesnt have a basement and we were used to just chucking all our junk down in the *kind of* basement in our old house. It was creepy and used only for laundry and storage.
We are loving this house! It all happened so fast. One night laying in bed scott showed me a pic of the kitchen of this house he found on kijiji (he did this every night, we were trying to find a house in leth to save gas) I saw the picture and immediately fell in love. Next day we called and set up an appointment to see it, next day went and saw it and fell in love all over again with it. Next day said we'd take it! I hadnt even really told my family we were moving until we were pretty much it happened so fast. We were looking for something cheaper and unfortunately it is a bit more expensive than our other house but we can stay here for a long time and have a family here whereas that would not be possible at our other home. And it is a bit closer to leth so we save a little gas haha. Im just so excited for summer so we can have ppl over all the time for wiener roasts!
